Maxe Axelsson has been an entreprenuer all of his life. From the humble beginnings, where he as a teenager played in bands and built his own guitar amps - he today owns one of largest studios facilitites in Sweden, he run and own Pama Music Group that also has a publishing division, furthermore he is one of the founders and directors of "Stage4you", a school for young talents, and is a force to be reckoned with on the swedish music scene. His visions and ability to detect both talent and business oppurtunites has meant that his companies has grown and developed during a period of decline in the music industry as a whole.

The center of operations, Pama Music Group, was founded by Maxe in 1988 as a studio recording company, but it only took a couple of years before Pama records, the record label, was started which soon became a success that developed local talents that has recieved international recognition. Today Pama Records is distributed through Universal and has seen many high chart positions.

However Maxe did not stop there and in 2006 he was a vital part of starting "Stage4you", an artist and producer school for young talent in the south east of Sweden, here he remains part owner and technical director. On the same premises as Stage4you Maxe has also initated the next step in the development with the birth of "Vision4you" in the fall of 2011. Vision4you is an education for TV- and Film production, focusing on new technology such as streaming content and mobile platforms.

Today, looking back on over two decades as an entrepreneur and business manager, many things have changed since he started out - but his determination and passion for what he does remains the same;

Maxe is also a part of the Linné universty expert panel for the next generation of music producers and song writers.
